In 1981, N.N. Mehra set up a new recruitment company in Mumbai, India, to recruit personnel for the Engineering and Construction Industry in the Middle East and India. At that time he set up a goal of creating a company that would become “ a human resourcing specialist for the Engineering and Construction Industry, known for its values and services.”

Nearly three decades later, and Protech has more than lived up to such high aspirations, with multiple offices in major cities in India, international offices and a number of consultants servicing the needs of our clients across the Middle East and India.

Mr. N.N. Mehra is still very much at the helm, now as Chairman, supervising the strategic direction of the company in India and overseas.Protech today is a specialists in recruitment in the broadest sense.
